Hi, I’m a licensed massage and bodywork therapist with a deep passion for helping people feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe that healing happens not just through technique, but through connection, presence, and intention.

I was born in Charlotte, NC, and at age 8, moved to Chile, South America, where I spent several formative years immersed in a new language and culture. Living abroad gave me a profound appreciation for diversity and a broader understanding of the human experience. It taught me that while we may come from different backgrounds, our need for care, comfort, and connection is universal. At 14, I returned to North Carolina’s piedmont region, which has felt like home ever since.

My path to massage therapy began in the medical field, where I discovered my calling to support others in their healing journeys. While I loved the work, I longed for a deeper, more personal connection with the people I served. That desire led me to massage therapy—an approach that allows me to offer individualized, hands-on care that makes a real and immediate difference in people’s lives
