FAQ
-
How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through my online scheduling page. It’s quick and easy to check availability and choose the service that best fits your needs.
-
What types of massage do you offer?
I offer a variety of massage styles tailored to your needs, including Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy
Each session is customized to help you relax, reduce pain, or improve mobility based on your individual goals.
-
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
My goal is to focus the entire scheduled time on bodywork. So if you're visiting my location, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can review any questions or concerns before your session begins. If you arrive at or after your scheduled appointment time it will reduce the time we have left for bodywork!
Staying hydrated before and after your massage is also recommended. -
Are there any requirements for mobile massage?
For mobile massage sessions, please ensure you have a clean, quiet space, at least 8ft x 10ft of open space, ready for the massage table.
-
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session will begin with a brief but thorough consultation to better understand your health history, wellness goals, and any specific concerns or areas of discomfort. This helps me tailor the session to your unique needs.
We’ll discuss your pressure preferences, desired focus areas, and any contraindications to ensure the session is both safe and effective. I’ll also explain the process, answer any questions you have, and walk you through how to prepare (such as undressing to your comfort level and how to get on the table).
Before the massage begins, I’ll ensure you’re fully comfortable with the setting and plan for the session. Open communication is always encouraged. Your comfort and trust are my top priorities.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
There will be no fee for cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This must be paid prior to your next appointment.
No-Call/No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
In the event of severe or dire circumstances any fees may be waived at the discretion of the therapist.
